Fiona continues to be in popular demand as a tutor. She has previously worked as principal fiddle tutor for Lochgoilhead Fiddle Workshop, as well as leading workshops for organisations including, the Scots Music Group, Fèisean nan Gàidheal and local authorities.

Fiona is passionate about arts education and, in addition to her freelance work as a musician and managing Fèis Rois, she is an advisor to the Scottish Arts Council, and a committee member of the Edinburgh Youth Gaitherin. She also sits on a traditional arts working group that will make recommendations to the Scottish government on the future of the traditional arts in Scotland.
